Joining Global in 2021, Dora’s expertise in hospital and independent school fundraising is particularly strong. She has a skill for merging the goals and results of marketing and fundraising to deliver comprehensive stewardship to donors and brand exposure to charities. Most recently, she was CEO of Headwaters Health Care Centre Foundation.

Over her 12 years in healthcare, she delivered more than $165 million for programs, infrastructure, and equipment. Dora is fiercely committed to advocating for animals and enjoys aligning for causes in the animal welfare space.

She earned her CFRE in 2001 and holds her National Certificate in Fundraising Management. She is an active member of AFP, AHP, CAWEE, and CAGP. Since joining Global, Dora has worked with clients such as CARE Canada, SafePet, Community Living Central York, Toronto Montessori School and Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation. She specializes in organizational audits resulting in quick and long-term wins, as well as in support of Strategic Planning, Fund Development Plans and Feasibility Studies.

Fun fact: Dora’s mother is a seven-time Olympic Equestrian!
