Global Philanthropic Canada proudly announces the appointment of Quan Ly as Chief Financial Officer effective May 1, 2023. Quan specializes in strategic financial advisory for organizations looking to grow and improve profitability. He has 15 years of public accounting experience in audit, financial reporting, internal controls, and Canada/U.S. cross-border taxation for public and private multi-national companies and private equity. He worked eight years at a Big 4 firm prior to starting his own Advisory firm McRally in 2015. Quan is a CPA and holds a Masters of U.S. Taxation from the University of Denver and a CICA In-Depth Tax Certificate.
