With 30+ years of experience in the charitable sector, she has built a solid reputation for professionalism, innovation, accountability, cost-effectiveness, and success for her clients and their projects.
Rhonda began her career in fund development in 1991 with a notable national non-profit organization. She started with small rural campaigns, eventually managing year-round fundraising initiatives, and later attained the position of Vice President of Fund Development, while also consulting for other provinces. Rhonda has worked with various non-profit organizations, providing professional counsel for capital projects and ongoing fundraising programs. She has engaged in numerous fund development activities, participating in small-scale and large-scale initiatives. Over the last 20 years, Rhonda has focused on assisting organizations with capital campaigns, utilizing her expertise to navigate the complexities of large-scale fundraising initiatives.
Rhonda is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), adhering to their Code of Ethical Principles and Standards. Rhonda has collaborated with organizations across Alberta including Concordia University of Edmonton, Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues, Right at Home Housing Society, the City of Wetaskiwin, CKUA Radio Network Foundation, Alberta Dental Association & College, and Varscona Theatre, among others. She prioritizes her clients by supporting, mentoring, and guiding organizational staff and volunteers to achieve their goals.

She is both a coach and a cheerleader, driven by her clients’ success and growth. Her experience in fund development at the senior management level, combined with her passion for nonprofits and working with people, enables organizations to realize their visions and successfully fund those dreams!
