Diversity & Inclusion Consulting for Canadian Non-profits
Create lasting change through inclusive practices that embed Inclusion into your organizational strategies.
Meaningful change in the nonprofit sector requires continuous learning, listening, and accountability
Philanthropy and fundraising have not always created equitable spaces for everyone, and we are committed to helping shift that reality with our clients, our own organization and throughout the sector.
Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) is ongoing commitment. Not a finished initiative. As consultants working alongside nonprofit organizations across Canada, we recognize this work requires continuous learning, listening, and accountability.
Our work is grounded in the belief that stronger organizations are built when more voices, perspectives, and lived experiences are welcomed to the table. We approach this work with humility, openness, and the understanding that we are learning alongside the organizations we support.

Building More Inclusive Organizations, Starting With Ourselves
At Global Philanthropic Canada, we continue to examine how we work, who is represented, and how we can better support inclusive leadership and decision-making for our team, our clients, and the communities they serve. This includes a commitment to reconciliation and to amplifying the voices and experiences of Indigenous Peoples, Black communities, racialized communities, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, newcomers, and other historically underrepresented groups across Canada.
