Holiday Recipe: No Peak Stew
This recipe comes from the 10th anniversary edition of Kingston’s festival of trees cookbook, and was submitted originally by Laurie Mckercher.
This is a no fuss, delicious winter recipe and festival of trees remains one of my favourite events because it was the first event I did as a professional fundraiser in Kingston with my colleagues, Thea Tidman and Ian Fraser, two of the most philanthropic people I know.
