Holiday Recipe: Grandmother Dédé's Pouding Chômeur
The pouding chômeur recipe is part of my cousin’s grandmother’s recipe book – who was a great cook. When she passed, her grandchildren took all of her favourite recipes and put them together in a homemade ‘book entitled ‘Les recettes de Dédée.’ I loved that woman who was like a grandmother to me. She used to babysit us when my parents were away.
