Objective: Support the foundation in implementing fundraising best practices alongside a new and growing staff.

Global delivered targeted coaching to advance the Foundation’s major donor program. Integrated support for the program helped streamline prospect identification, establish a PLAID Prospect Pipeline, and initiate key donor cultivation. Training for Foundation leadership covered behavioural economics in fundraising, building an internal and external champions team, launching a Table for Ei8ht program, and implementing a framework for contact reports and prospect tracking to enhance fundraising outcomes.
