Joining Global in 2024, Leïla is a dedicated advocate for justice, equity, and positive change. Leïla leverages her leadership and management skills to support marginalized communities, including co-founding Black Eco Bloom in 2022 to promote the leadership of Black women in environmental sectors. She excels in facilitating meaningful conversations, amplifying diverse voices, and driving impactful marketing and communications initiatives to advance the organization’s mission on a global scale. As a strategic thinker and skilled communicator, Leïla contributes to the national and international communications and marketing objectives of Global Philanthropic Canada.
