Kelowna’s Judy Assman-Neiser joins Global’s Pacific team as Senior Consultant

Calling Kelowna home, Judy Assman-Neiser takes impact seriously. Despite having raised over $38 million throughout her career, her motivation is providing value that immensely benefits the non-profits she assists, ultimately enabling you to achieve your mission. From healthcare and hospice to education, and all aspects of community and social engagement organizations, Judy’s enthusiasm, expertise and approachability make her the ideal resource to maximize organizational capacity and sustainability.

Appointed Senior Consultant with Global Philanthropic Canada in 2024, Judy focuses on the interior and northern regions of BC. Combined with past experience as a consultant, Judy recently was the CEO of the Central Okanagan Foundation and led the Prince George Community Foundation for six years prior. She also worked for almost a decade at the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation as CEO. With over eighteen years of experience, Judy’s fundraising skills are vast. She primarily works on creating fundraising plans that cut through the noise by leveraging her creative and direct marketing experience.

Joining Global is a natural fit for Judy’s career. Judy studied Accounting and Finance at the College of New Caledonia, Advanced Management at The Banff Centre, and was selected for the Community Shift Program at the Ivey Academy, she has also studied non-profit governance essentials at the University of Toronto (Rotman) and has just completed her ICD.D candidate coursework through the Institute of Corporate Directors, Haskayne Business School.
