With extensive experience in sexual health education and information, she has held leadership positions at both local and national levels. She has facilitated research and fostered collaboration in achieving positive results for community members. As Vice-Chair of the Ottawa rape Crisis Centre (ORCC), she focuses on establishing governance structures, implementing financial strategies, and diversifying funding sources.
Fun fact: Jeanette once organized an international media event at a natural gas rig in the Beaufort Delta. It was a sunny day with a balmy windchill of -69 °C.
