Janine is a proud and active member of the AFP and a past instructor of Fundraising Marketing & Communications. She continues to mentor young fundraising professionals on the value of curiosity and authenticity. Janine joined the Ontario team as a Senior Consultant in 2021.

  • 20+ years of fundraising expertise with a focus on annual giving, corporate sponsorship, donor communications (cases for support), fund development planning, planned giving and small shop fundraising.
  • Primary focus: community development, higher education, social services
  • Based in: Eastern Ontario
  • Fun fact: Janine lives in a renovated 135-year-old schoolhouse in rural Eastern Ontario. Most of her neighbours went to school there and she rings the original cast iron bell when new people visit – or when it’s dinner time.
