Michelle joined Global in 2019. She has secured millions for mission building over the past twenty-five years.

She consistently attracts abundance and increases the bottom line creating key income-generating programs. This has been to the benefit of human rights, the arts, at-risk youth, privacy and the open internet, climate, health, Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples and in pursuit of wilderness and wildlife preservation.

Practiced at fulfilling and translating wishes into gifts, she makes the process easy for all in the philanthropy journey, creating meaningful relationships. A CFRE and entrepreneurial executive, Michelle brings a unique perspective to philanthropy. She understands what female donors like herself are looking for when choosing a charity to fulfill their most sacred and final wish.

Michelle is trilingual and served as Chair twice of CAGP Vancouver Island.

Fun fact: An aspiring farmer, Michelle grew up on a century farm in Haudenosaunee traditional territory (Niagara) as a third generation farmer-settler. Her 77-year-old uncle still farms the land. Inspired by her farming roots and after too many years of living in a city, she is happy to call the traditional lands and waters of the Cowichan people home.
