Known for getting things done, Sheila has a knack for identifying areas of improvement and envisioning and implementing procedures to make life easier and more efficient for organizations and their teams. Her career has been diverse in scope: from a one-person fundraising shop in community services to teams of upwards of 200 in post-secondary, she is passionate about building strategic institutional capacity in people and programs that result in sustainable organizations that deliver fully and long-term on their mission.
